Outdoor pets are housed in a boarding lodge (or outside itself), indoor pets are in individual indoor hutches, we would ask if smaller than a guinea pig to please bring their pet's own cage. Guests have their own hutch and run.
Hutches are cleaned daily and disinfected weekly with 'pet safe' products.
Tiptree based and established in 2006, we offer a friendly and pampered service for your pet or pets.
All boarders are housed in the boarding lodge (or outside), if preferred indoors. Weather permitting daily exercise are in outside runs, each with toys, play wooded arch and an area to hide away; all runs come with a cover to protect them from the sun and light showers. There is always someone around to keep a check on your pet; no pet is left out on their own.
We provide daily fresh hay, fresh vegetables, herbs and forage; organic produced used. Food dish, water bottles or bowls, litter trays (if used); ice pods during the summer and heat pads in the winder are also provided. If you would prefer to use any of your pets own dishes, bottles or bowls please do bring them along with you, so too any toys or favourite blanket your pet has.
All we ask if that you bring with you enough of your pets usual pellet/mix food for the period of their stay. Due to a rabbit's delicate digestive system, a sudden changed in their usual feed could result in your rabbit experiencing an upset tummy.

If you have signed the portion on the Booking Form where we are able to contact your veterinary surgery on your behalf, we will do so, again contacting you or the emergency contact.
